Check in:

Check in will be at Tournament Headquarters at the Granbury City Park.
All teams must check in at least one hour prior to their first game.

You may also check in Friday 5:30pm-9:30pm.
 

 

• A copy of an official North Texas roster for us to KEEP.
• Medical Release forms that we can verify. You will keep these. (These do NOT need to be notarized.)
• Two check in sheets filled out with all players participating in the event. (This takes the place of game sheets)
• If you will have guest players, you will need to have a North Texas guest player form properly completed for each player. MUST HAVE ALL SIGNATURES!!!.

What you need to know about guest players. 

All guest players must have a guest player release form properly filled out.

All guest players MUST be North Texas registered players.
 
Guest players will NOT be permitted to play without a NTX # and ALL signatures. 
 
**Guest players will not be added to your official NTX roster.
** there is no need to add guest players to GotSoccer.


What you need to know about your Roster 

All teams MUST have an official North Texas roster.
Your official roster must be signed by your registrar and the head coach.
You will NOT add or mark off anyone from your official roster.
 
If you are unsure how to get a roster please contact your registrar as it is different for every association.

This is where you will put everyone participating in the event.
